Greetings from Eastern Washington State! Welcome to the boards. The people are cool, the atmosphere is laid back, and finding a good smoke is easy.
I will have to admit that I'm like you when it comes to liking the darker things: black coffee, stout beer (ever had a Mackeson's?), and black cigars. I started out liking Macanudos, but they aren't much cup of tea these days. Darker the wrapper, the more I like it.
And if for some reason you ever end up in a place called Kennewick in Washington State, we have a disc golf course that is rated one of the hardest in the state, and a lot of fun to play. Mind you, I haven't played disc golf in ages.....have to change that this summer.
Enjoy yourself man, and, if you ever find yourself on the TV Highway running through Beaverton, be sure to wave at Harvey the Rabbit. You can't miss him as he's about 50 ft. tall! (I grew up in the Beaverton/Hillsboro/Aloha area, and though I haven't lived there for many of years, Harvey is a great landmark to navigate by.)
Best,
Christopher
