Congrats on the show. I am sure that will greatly improve business. Last week when I went to Boise, I went to a restaurant called "Rick's Press Room". That was reviewed by the food network too. "Drive inn's and dives". I have to say , it was excellent!. I hope that I will get an opportunity to try your Sicilian pie some time. Kudos! Roger.
Just another day at the office!
That's another one we watch pretty regularly "Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives" they featured Shady Glen in Manchester, CT about a month ago. They have this cool cheeseburger with a "skirt"

I seriously dreamt last night that I went to your pie place and had the basic cheese pizza and it was delicious. I had a traditional pie, only you used shredded fresh buffalo mozzarella (which is how I knew I was dreaming because that stuff is to moist to shred easily).

Excellent!I just set the VCR to record. I'm recording "Artie Party" at noon that same day. She won the "Next Food Network Star" competition and they give her a six episode show in a $hitty time slot, Sunday's at noon.
and I missed her first two so I set the VCR to record this Sunday.

Just a reminder. Today on Food Network, Umberto's Pizzeria featured on the Best Thing I Ever Ate @ 2pm E.
Caught it this time around, made me want to get up and grab a slice right then.
I recorded it and we finally watched it on Sunday night. It was pretty cool!It was "The Last Supper" version of "The Best Thing I Ever Ate." A couple of the choices were stupid but that pizza looked fantastic.
My wife agreed that was a very good choice for a last supper. She also liked the duck from that fancy restaurant "Daniel" on the upper east side.
