Honestly at this point CC is falling into the same category as PB did, mainly because it's become annoying to have every single thread littered with childish crap.

CC, you need a new hobby bro, or maybe just a fucking JOB to occupy your time. Hell, maybe you just need to get laid and you'd be in a better mood. Personally, I'm not far from sticking you on my ignore list so I can browse the forums in peace.

Hey 858 you need to look around and take notice of some things. Being a FNG it might be best to watch and make an effort to learn something.

PB ain't even in the same league as CC. CC has more smarts than PB ever would hope to have. Comparing him to that idiot shows you don't have a clue.

Now guys I do my best to take everything in good fun, but your little "gang" that seems to stick together no matter what is a bit over the top... all it takes is one comment from any of you and the rest just fall in like good little lemmings. I'm sorry I haven't been around since the beginning of all the cigar boards, and I apologize if I have opinions that aren't influenced by the most popular kid in class...

Speaking of class, I think that's an apropriate analogy for the situation here. I feel almost exactly like I did in school... unwanted because I wasn't part of the group since kindergarten.

I'm gonna stick around, and I'm gonna continue to post, despite the snide comments (thanks Hugh - and I'm not being snide myself, you actually have a decent sense of humor)) and childish bickering. Just understand that everyone that arrives here hasn't been privy to your little web war, and that's why people like me step up and call you on your cheap shots and off-topic attacks.

When I first happened across this site, I found at first glance that most everyone was friendly and helpful, and in the past month that i've been reading posts daily, I've seen much to the contrary. Some of you seem to thrive on making others feel bad... Some of you have been successful at making me feel bad for standing up for Scott. As I said before, I alot of us don't know the history and don't care to. I personally don't care to have your preconcieved notions about individuals shoved my way like I'm supposed to pick them up and join the shitfest. I like and respect all of you, some more than others. I don't tend to have many RL friends because I work long hours, and I like having a place to socialize, even if it isn't face to face. I'm not going to let the afformentioned issues ruin that for me.

So, continue your little vendetta if you must. From here on out I'm gonna do my best to stay out of it. I'll make this my official apology for making childish comments myself... edit: And george, I will apologize for flying off the handle with the above quote. It was knee-jerk reaction to being told to STFU for having an opinion. Sure I could edit or delete it to save face, but I'm not the kind of person to try and cover up my mistakes.

Thanks for that Sarge... I had a chat with CC and some of the others last night and I am doing my best to repair the situation... I have conceded defeat and admitted to my mistakes. I don't really see why it's necessary to continue slamming me after I apologized to CC directly for the things that were said.

Well stop apologizing already. A simple, "I'm sorry guys, I shouldn't have stuck my nose into something I didn't know anything about" would have been sufficient. A page long apology is way over the top. Just let it go, move on, and do other stuff. You'll be on probation with these guys till your character is established so don't dwell on it.

I wasn't so sure that a simple "I'm sorry" would have been sufficient, hence the long post. I said what I felt I needed to say given the comments I made earlier. I don't expect an immediate change in attitudes towards me, but I can't help but continue to apologize when people continue to berate me over it. I've made my bed and will have to sleep in it, but I don't intend on sleeping there forever.
