Have you smoked a Black Label? Maybe you can come back with a side-by-side comparison in a few months.
    Latest smokes:
    Cigar: 5/19: Nub Connecticut 464T
    Pipe: 3/16: G.L. Pease~Charing Cross

Good idea. I've never tried a Black Label, but I will now and do a comparison. Who knows, maybe it'll be a short-lived review, or maybe a diamond in the rough (wistful thinking, I know, but I just checked humidity in the basement, it's around 63 , so who knows).

I've isolated the cigar with some beads into its own ziploc humi just so it doesn't ruin my stash. We'll see what happens in a few months.

    Smoke it....

Basements are usually pretty stable, if yours is at 63%, chances are good that it hasn't dropped too much below that.

Nothing to lose, unless you feel the need to smoke it on a special occasion... in which case, you should have taken better care of it in the first place.

    I'd bin it.
