For the price of the trays I would recommend the drawers also. The important part (and difficult part) will be getting the drawers to seal up properly. Best of luck to you, I wanted to do something like this also but my laziness caught up to me and I just bought a cooler.

Right now, the drawer I've drawn up is 2.25" tall and fits tightly inside the humi. I'm thinking to help with the seal, I'll embed some magnets in the sides (at the front) to keep the drawer tightly closed. As for the top trays, I think I'm going to do two trays, the full width and length of the humi, so 30" wide, 25" deep with dividers to seperate sections. The interior that is not occupied by the drawer is 8" tall, 25" x 30" with 3 dividers at a ten inch gap between them.

Go over to Steve's and check his custom humi out; it'll give you some ideas as to what will and won't work.

Okay, so I saw some pictures of Uncle Steve's humi... it's given me a lot to think about... Guess it's back to the drawing board. Give me a couple of days and I should have a new sketch posted... Thanks everyone for all of the comments and critiques, it's greatly appreciated!
