If I might impart my opinion in all of this, I vote that Mangy should keep the pass until we know if Mangy was right. We're having a hard enough time getting the pass to move forward. I can't imagine what it would look like to possibly move the pass backwards now too. This is definitely a hiccup in the process, but the opportunity to avoid this situation has passed; complicating matters isn't going rectify that situation.

I'm not participating in this, just following along and enjoying it as a spectator. But, just by observing, I'd say Mark has the right idea here.
Hopefully all the kinks will be ironed out by whoever hosts PPP V
