Yeah, there is some good stuff, but really not much REALLY good stuff. Another marketing ploy?

And what's up with Gurkha Boers? Pretty double band color combo and they're camerooooooon wrapped. Interesting. But if you do a search for them on Google the only place that comes up for them is, you guessed it, Cigar Bid and Cigar International.

A Gurkha "house brand". Oh! How tacky!
They suckered me on those Gurkha Boers... And those damn CAO Palm perfecto coffins... Fuggers....

Default ggiese! What did you think of the Gurkha Boers?

I will be one of the first to admit that Gurkha is overpriced but some of their cigars do taste good and my best buddy really likes them. So when I go to visit them in FLA I like to bring a few with me. Especially since he is having trouble finding them in the Tampa area for some reason.

Ahhhh! The lovely light sage green and gold secondary Boer band contrasting against the blazing red/yellow and gold Gurkha Masters band looks impressive I must say. The Gurkha artwork is one of the most impressive I have seen. Excellent merchandising. They make for a nice persentation. BUT, I hate spending money on flash with no flavor.

How did you like them? A brief review perhaps?

Ya I just bought some of my first Ghurkas and for the price $10-12 they seemed not worth it at all.
There's only two kinds of cigars, the kind you like and the kind you don't.
