Is anyone surprised that Scotty NEVER replied after I posted the fact that he send PMs to people trashing me behind my back?

I also notice how cigarnobaka didn't answer a question I posed to him after he flamed me.

CC, I would say that calling C N B's comments "flaming" is just as much an exageration as him saying "millions of threads" earlier, for which you jumped all over him.

BOTL's expressing their opinion should not be considered "flaming" just because it does not conform with your view.

It was not an exageration, he posted an inflamatory comment that had nothing to do with the thread and he did not back it up. He took a direct shot at me, a "flame" insinuating that I was the cause of this board losing members. If he wants to have a discussion about what kind of behavior leads to people staying here or leaving (I say leg humping causes people to leave, he thinks otherwise) then he should have started his own thread on the topic and at least been half way civil about it. He did not.

This is where you're wrong. It depends WHAT your cause is. If your cause is just - even though you disagree - CC will respect that. If you defend a worthless piece of garbage, even if its because you're sick and tired of hearing the flaming going on, you're gonna get a face full.

You should have either answered the questions posed by CC, or retracted what you said defending Scott. You did neither. It will not come to an end until you do one or the other.

it's all in how you disagree with someone. choose your words wisely. i have expressed my disagreement with him on several occassions, but there was never any flaming. he seems to only be an ass to people who are an ass to him. 99.9% of the time, if you show someone respect, they will return the favor.

CNB is new here - your best advice for him would have been to answer CC's post, or retract what he said... Not to interject that "BOTL's expressing their opinion should not be considered "flaming" just because it does not conform with your view." Doing this only makes the situation that much worse...

From this post, I'm led to believe that you are supporting what SFG75 did. Because if you're saying that CNB has a right to that position, than he (and you) must believe SFG75's position is defensible. That is bad too.

I would disagree with your statement that CC is well respected. He's foul mouthed and very thin skinned. What is respectable about that?
