cigars from USA
Having a few problems ordering cigars from USA - some won't take credit cards from abroad and also state they cannot post to other countries because of the countries strict import regulations re tobacco in general.
just wondering if others have come across this problem. Cheers
ps - I can get tobacco from UK and cigars from Costa Rica!
