    Default Johnny O ~ Cazadore Pigtail ~ Jan 08

    Smoke: Johnny O ~ Cazadore Pigtail ~ Jan 08
    Drink: Water
    Tunes: Cinderella ~ Heartbreak Station

    Wrapper: Johnny O
    Binder: Johnny O
    Filler: Johnny O
Draw: Medium to tight draw (changes to medium – light later)
    Burn: Good
    Misc: Goes for about 60min

Pre-light: Reddish Colorado shade wrapper. Triple cap with pigtail. Musky tobacco scent. Lightly veined & great construction. Forgot to record the prelight taste.

Light: Easy. Medium to tight draw.

1st 3rd: Nutty, spicy sweet tobacco. Melds into a nice buttery sweet tobacco, so you have several pleasant flavors blending nicely.

Ash: Medium to light gray. Stacked nice. Holds for about 1”

2nd 3rd: Similar to the 1st 3rd. The draw varies from the med-tight to medium-light while I smoke. Woodsy, and toasted nuts, sweet tobacco and spice. Mellow and buttery lest the spice.

3rd 3rd: Tip was getting a tad tarry, so I clipped about 1/8” off. Better now, and back to the profiles described above.

Overall impression: This is a (really) nice smoke.

    Thank you, SLCraiders!

Thanks for the review. You think the tar buildup was due to the tight draw? Sounds like a great cigar other than the draw. Was it too-tight construction or did it need to be dry-boxed?

Out of curiosity have you heard any thunder lately? Seen any lighting? Tomorow's Friday... just sayin.

I suck at ping pong. Just thought I'd let the world know
I don't think it needed dry boxed. The draw opened up later. I don't know what led to a bit of tar.

I keep having these extremely scary nightmares about losing at ping pong and my wife is laughing at me. I think I need to back down from the challenge.

    Too bad about the tar.

Oh, and Will, those kind of nightmares are scary....if you were planning to play someone that doesn't suck.
I'd be down, I think [looks in wallet, and a bunch of moths hit badwhale in the face]
