Well then congrats to you!
Brewing's been slow thanks to the aforementioned humidity. Just finished the mash on a dry stout. I usually do a no-sparge brew on days like this, saves a ton of time. Kegged an IPA two days ago. I got a kegerator that holds 6 kegs running off one 20# CO2 tank and I'm able to ferment 15 gallons at a time. Still working at the homebrew shop on the weekends. Recipe I'm brewing right now cost me $15.
Planning on doing my first lager soon. Thinking about either doing a Bohemian Pilsner or a Baltic Porter .... or both. I, too, thought of doing a pumpkin ale with my porter recipe as the base beer.
I'm gonna say 21 ... maybe earlier, depending on what he wants. Second tattoo is gonna be my face, though ... on his hand.
