Cigar box left in the sun?

I just ordered some cigars from Cigars International, and I got home today to find that the mailman had left the box sitting on my porch all day, with the sun beating down on it. I opened the box to find the cigars were warm to the touch (not hot, but noticeably warm).
I immediately put the ones that will fit in my humidor at 70//70. Will these be ok? If so, how long should I leave them in my humidor to get rid of any negative affects of the warmth?
*Also, should I leave the cigars in the individual plastic packages they are wrapped in, or take them off when I put the cigars in my humidor?
