you need to select a cigar from the "select your cigar brand" drop menu. then under the listed cigars, it will have a button for "customer reviews". select this and it will show something like "No rating yet... Be the first to rate this product!" there you go.
though i do have one question. when it says to enter the title, what is this? the cigar, our title (ie Mr. Mrs. Ms), or something else?

If you read the deal you have to order something plus do the rating to get the cigars.

I have rated the cigars and followed all their instructions. Where does it say I have to buy something. Their post was a trick. If I don't get my cigars I say Hex should ban them.
