Thanks for posting! I dig it...'specially the "drip tray" Clever way of easing the keg in...those commercial kegs are a bitch to move, that's for sure. You keep your CO2 inside the fridge or out?

CO2 is outside. That way I can regulate pressure (hardly necessary unless I'm down to the bottom of the barrel) without opening the door. I ran a line in.
Opening the door a lot is a problem on this fridge. Every time, moisture gets in there and causes a frost build up on the freezer unit.

Very nice set up Will! My kegs just sit out and are not refrigerated... but then again I use cornelius kegs (soda kegs) for my beer that I make. I have been thinking of looking for a mini fridge to store mine. Do you buy that beer or make it yourself? Roger.

It's actually better than our "modern" maytag upstairs... I think it's mainly because it doesn't get opened a million times, and it's smaller volume.
People are always getting rid of chuggers like mine. They think they're less efficient. LOL
Nah, I just buy beer. I'd like to get into brewing eventually, but I've got too much shit going on right now. I do plan on planting some Simcoe hops in the spring...

So that must be about a 25 gallon keg then? How big is it? I know of people in the area who grow hops they are amazingly great growers in this region from what I have seen.
