Your best bet would be to ask your local tobacconist.
But trying some 'milder' smokes might be a better option. Also, think smaller, shorter smokes, like robustos, or smaller. This won't always help, but it might a little. I'm totally drawing a blank on examples of milder smokes. But use the search option found in this forum - this question has been asked before.
Other advice: eat something beforehand. Have something to drink with it. Don't constantly puff, unless you have a tight draw, then you'd need to - which in and of itself could cause a headache due to the strain of getting smoke through. Again, a tobacconist can help you with this choice.
