I was thinking my husband could make me one of those units and I would have a most unusual sugar cane shack on the side of a beach front road. How much did that drink cost? To buy sugar cane here that looks like that would be expensive most likely, there it must be pretty reasonable. Thanks for sharing!
To have the bottle filled? Maybe 1 buck. Just a glass? A few cents... Everything's dirt cheap in India, that's for sure. I had tried it in Cuba using my own sugar cane I picked off the side of the road and a hand press, and of course no lemon or ginger added. All's I gotta say is the lemon and ginger are the secret ingredients:)
