Welcome from central Oregon. I grew up and lived in Shreveport for quite a while before I moved here.
Check out the New Orleans Cigar Factory - their main location is on Decatur, but they also have a small shop on Bourbon as well. I really like some of their sticks. There's a few other members on the board from down there as well - I'm sure they'd be willing to point you in the right direction if you were looking.
