Ken, the legal age for tobacco in Michigan is 18 so this guy isn't breaking any laws in his home state if he buys tobacco and TobaccoGeneral is a company out of Illinois where the legal age is 18 so they wouldn't be breaking any laws either if they sold him tobacco.
