This was my thinking, but I wanted to be sure. After further researching I have found any traces of smoking metabolize out of the sytem at a half life of 20 hours. So in theory even if I took in 250mg from a cigar, within 1 week I should be down to 1mg which could be explained about 1000 different ways. In theory I could smoke a cigar while I brew (the most I brew is twice a month because its a tiring 8 hour process) and I should be perfectly fine. For the record I wasn't worred juat about the test, but about my overall health. It seems that rare of cigar smoking will have little to no effect on my health.
