I don't know. Truth is, I'm just as much a newb as you are. The best advice this newbie can give you is read...A LOT!!! If you really want to be part of this community than you need to be a good person first and foremost.

Look at how long some of these folks have been here. I didn't realize, or more likely took it for granted; until I started to get involved and truly see what was going on here. Honestly, I am humbled at the amount of time and effort these guys have put into this brotherhood. I look at recent posts of my own and think "boy I'm so clever and witty", but quickly realize...these people don't know me. As clever as I think I am, that really doesn't mean shit.

My plan is to try and get along, not rock the boat and get a strong feel for the goings on here. In no way will I bow down, kiss ass or blindly follow anyone. But, I will respect this site and these people for what they have created. They deserve it.

Like I said before, you got my vote. The ball is in your court now. Hope you have fun, and learn a bunch.

BTW Your grammar could use a bit of work...just saying.

I kind of gathered that from the little time I've spent on here, which is really cool. These days too many forums go to shit and aren't worth reading because the veterans have been ran off. I belong to a boat forum for a specific brand of boat, and the guy that was a co-owner of the company (he played his part in the boat manufacturing) gets on and tells all kinds of cool stories and shares a lot of insight.

I may be a young, smart ass, whipper snapper with bad grammar, but I can still normally recognize a good thing when I see it.

Paddy - Whether it's my place or not, this thread is full of my f ups, there's no need for you to apologize.

    Really?
It will always be a battle a day between those who want maximum change and those who want to maintain the status quo.
