I spoke with the owner for about 20 minutes on the phone. His name is Todd, but he says most people call him Pedro.
Really nice guy, and I felt comfortable ordering from him. We will know in a few days how good the service is because I just ordered a box of sticks from him.
When this transaction is done I'll post back up to give my final thoughts on the company as a whole and tell you more of what Todd and I talked about.
