Maybe it's not that bad. Maybe he doesn't own a phone. Or have an e-mail address. Or a front door.

Did you buy that shit from Thompson AFTER you joined here? If so, "search is your friend" if you really want to learn anything. Personally, IMHO I think you think you know everything about cigars and a myriad of other subjects so why are you here?

I ordered it on 4-26 so 2 days before I joined, I usually use cigars international or Holts as they are both about an hour driving distance if there is a problem or I can't get something at my local cigar shop. But 12 cigars, small extra humidor, torch lighter and extra cutter for $20 I wasn't going to say no... I've spent $20+ on a stick so didn't think there was a big deal.

I've heard some mixed review before about them and how they make you join their club etc. I already got a phone call with them suggesting other brands etc which I don't mind, they asked about another order in the future and I declined I told them I want to try them out before I made any future purchases. But if you guys are saying they are that bad then I'm pretty sure I won't do future business.

I had no idea about the bad rapport they had with the forum sorry.

Going from Holt's to Thompson's is like going from a Mercedes to a Pinto.

Annoying, horrible, and shitty are not mixed reviews; they're synonyms.

Thompson's is not a very well thought of vendor. In fact no experienced cigar forum member anywhere, that I know of, would recommend them. You are going to be haunted the rest of your life with spam, phone calls and junk mail.

What Doc said. Debt collectors have nothing on a Thompsons sales agent.
And, I'm not a big fan of the VS line of cigars.

But you didn't do anything wrong per the forum rules or anything...not quite sure why you thought you did.

Yeah, the spam and now phone calls are a real drag.
