Anyone have issues with LGC series r?

Smoked my no 7 series r maduro this evening and had draw issues. It was pretty hard to get a good draw and not a whole lot of smoke. I started off with a single punch hole but had to widen it to try and open the draw. I dont have a cutter so I did what I could. Finally towards the last 2" or so it opened up quite a bit. I will try another one and see if I have same issues but from description It should be pretty open

Could have been a construction issue. Could be it was over humidified. If you have more, try dry boxing them before you smoke.
