I do think that the Humidor is quite nice, and the Cutter should do the job perfectly. I have some Xikar products, and they have never let me down.
The problem, more than anything else, would be that IF one person were to click on each of those links and give their "advice" for each - it would only be on persons opinion. As I'm quite sure you've heard numerous times, opinions are like a**holes - everyone has one, good or bad...

I would argue that in order to truly and accurately respond to tarheels request, EVERYONE in this community would have to click on all of those links and give their opinions. And - in the end - tarheel (or his designee) would have to somehow matrix all of those responses in a way that would most efficiently form a "consensus" opinion taking into consideration some opinions would not be valid or appropriate. Challenging, even under the best of circumstances.

For example... I would agree - Xikar products have never let me down. And - I know (personally as well as through interactions) that they are widely known for their exceptional customer service. Yet - I also know of at least one person who has complained they did not care for Xikar's customer service. Why? It seemed to me from the discussions around their experience that the persons expectations for Xikar customer service were well outside what I believe are the bounds of reasonableness. So - I know at least one persons opinion of Xikar would be, "they suck". Would it be valid if a member offered that Xikar "sucked"? Hmm... Questionable. Would it be a consensus opinion? Hardly.

Though I would also argue that perhaps the most useful information in this thread would not be any response to tarheels quest for knowledge, but instead a better understanding of "social responsiblity" for everyone visiting this community.
