Thread: Puch rare corojo rothchild

  1. Default Puch rare corojo rothchild

I finally smoked mine last night and here are my thoughts.... I get one 20 minute break at work and I actually thought I could smoke it in 20 minutes boy was I wrong!! Overall construction was great. A ton of tobacco was crammed into this sucker. Pre light taste had a little spice. When I first lit this thing up it was a pepper bomb!!! But after about two minutes it turned into a rich chocolatey great smoke!! I really liked this cigar. The burn was great the volume of smoke was great. I had but one problem but it was my fault. In my haste to try and smoke this in 20 minutes, at times I was "hot boxing" it. I almost puked because I was taking it to fast and this is a really really full bodied smoke. I got it a little over half way down before I had to quit and go back to work. Even though it was just a rothchild size, I feel like these are smokes that you need to take it slow and easy with. When I buy another one I think I will save it for when I got some extra time on my hands to take it slow. It will be a much better experience then. Overall I give this stogie a 8.5 out of 10. I will be purchasing more in the future.

Yeah I was suprised by these. I had the magnum the other day and it was also a very delightful smoke but I think the Rothchild is about perfect for this cigar. Great construction and lots of character!

The only thing I didn't like about this cigar was the band. There were gold flakes on my fingers and on the cigar. Maybe I'm just being anal.
