    I just have to laugh.....

I've never seen ANYONE smoke a cigar in stages like that. If I do see someone do that, then I'm going to punch them. That is, provided they are small, unarmed and like in grade school.

Well, what I think it is, is that these guys are former cigarette smokers and having been accustomed to smoking a tiny cig all their lives, they are simply not accustomed to puffing continuously on a much larger and longer cigar. I have to even myself when smoking cigs, I don't really smoke an entire cig, I would usually smoke under the first half then throw out the rest, I have always been accused of 'wasting money' and also I am not a "real" smoker because of this, to each his own I say.

Well, mystic, as a requirement to be a member of this cigar forum, you must smoke ALL your cigar, EVERY time. If you can't finish one, then you shouldn't start one. I'm sorry...those are the rules! Will you abide by them?

I only know one person who smokes a cigar for a bit, then puts it into a stainless steel tube for later... Personally - I think he's a bit goofy... Everytime I've try to save a cigar for later it tastes like crap (usually bitter and salty).

Are you in high school still? I mean that people who usually spend their own hard-earned money wouldn't throw half a cigarette away. Also, the only time I didn't smoke a whole cigarette was when I was in school. We would hot-box those babies in between classes, so we usually didn't finish a whole one ever.

I am trying to get to a cigar shoppe to try the mini cigars, just waiting on the transportation from any friend to do so since our car was stolen last Xmas. Sadly I am not in high school anymore when my crew and I used to smoke sometimes 2 cigs back to back in the boys bathroom during lunch break while downing a flask of rum and coke as quickly as we can, man did you bring back some memories! I am now 52. Yes, I had never liked to put out a cig and relight for the exact reason mentioned, I am just curious as to what others do here if they don't puff out an entire long cigar but it is now apparent you guys "finish what you start". I like to relax and smoke a cig or two when I am hanging out listening to music and having a few beers on a Saturday but want to do away with inhaling cigs which is why I am looking into cigars. Sorry I am not a cigar smoking Pro like you guys but if the mini cigars should work for me then can I continue participating on this forum?

Last week momma and I went to the local B&M to enjoy a cigar. We found the place was going to close in a half hour - so we had a dilemma... Do we NOT have a cigar and come back later - or find a nice half hour smoke. We opted for option B - bought us a couple of Davidoff Grand Cru #5's and had a perfect 1/2 hour smoke!!! I highly recommend them!

Well........, since you are 52 and technically my senior, I can't really tell you what to do any more than I ever could. Therefore, I'm cool with you hanging around. I hope you can take a joke and a little poking here and there, because NONE of these other guys can take a joke; I mean, SERIOUSLY, it's like a morgue around here sometimes.
