    Welcome from Ottawa, Canada!

Getting another account is preferable - it isn't like there is a cost! :-) ... and it is much less confusing for the rest of us.

Sorry, can't help you on the panatella's. Although some of my favourite cigars are panatella's, they are not available in n the States (just like my favourite Rye, Alberta Premium, isn't available in the US, either :-).

Templeton's Rye, eh? Yeah - I'm hooked too...

Sorry - not heard of Verona cigars, but if you bought them at CI they were very likely a close out.

My wife went through a phase like you and went through a spell when she was smoking CAO cigarillos. Her favorite was Eileen's Dream. You might want to look those up. Rocky Patel also makes Java - a coffee/dark chocolate tasting cigar. The Wafe is small and odd looking (it's box pressed) but rather tasty.

If you go into more mainstream cigars, stay away from the maduro's - they tend to be more full flavor and (more importantly) full strength. Full strength cigars are the ones that make your stomach uneasy because of their higher nicotine content.

But always remember - smoke what you enjoy and enjoy what you smoke. Smoking a good cigar should be like savoring a good wine - it's not about the buzz, but more about the escape. Cigars should always put you in a better place.

    Here's a video review:

As painful as this video may seem at first, it's hilarious if you watch the whole thing. He rips these to shreds, and has nothing good to say about them at all.

In the beginning of the video, he says he heard that some site/company bought up the whole bunch of them because they were an experiment that went bad. Bottom line is George is right, they were definitely a close out never to be seen again.

Hmm, if true than that means I don't need to waste my time looking for them any more! I kind of assumed if Famous and International couldn't get them they must have been no longer made - thanks!

Hmm, if true than that means
    "then" not "than"

I hope it is OK for my Hubby and I to both
    "me" not "I"

Hint: When just talking about yourself, do you say "I hope it is okay for me to post" or "I hope it is okay for I to post."

Welcome to cigarsmokers, we like good grammar.

Hi and welcome from Alberta, Canada.

If you're looking for a cigarette size cigar with decent flavor then you might want to have a look at the Mehari brand

    http://www.mehariscigars.com/

I've tried a couple of their different blends and enjoyed them enough I keep a few in the humidor for occasions when I want a "quick"cigar.

George, you should ither post this in the QOTD thread or I let me use it as a tagline as I can't imagine a better description of cigar appreciation. Very well put!
