It's 1:30 a.m. and I just got done making Unkeys meatballs...long story these meatballs are a lot of work but they are made and basically cooked. Tomorrow 2 cups of gravy go into the cooking bag they are in and I will cook them again for about 30 mins before the turkey is ready. It's a meat stuffing in meatballs. Anyhow TMI I suppose Happy Thanksgiving to all my very old pals!

Right on! We just prepared a BIG batch of green beans for the 1st Thanksgiving destination today. There's actually enough for a second pot. I got two bulbs of garlic ready for wifey to crush into the cooked beans, and add some olive oil & red wine vinegar. If we're reallyl on the ball, we'll make some cupcakes too. Maybe...

Yes, Happy Thanksgiving to all you folks down in the US!

We celebrated Canadian Thanksgiving in October with a turkey (then I grind up the leftover turkey and wifey makes me turkey salad to take on my hunting trip for sandwiches....MMMmmmmm) and we're having ham tonight in honor of the US thanksgiving. I like being able to celebrate two thanksgivings...........LOL

    Now it's Thanksgiving! Yay!!!

I'm thankful for my friends at csmokers. I hope everyone has a great day filled with family, fun and food!

My plan this evening is to entice those interested in a good cigar to join me out in freezing temps! Maybe I'll be kind and fire up the torpedo heater. LOL.

    Happy Thanksgiving!
