Would even that damage my health? And would I become addicted to cigars?

Because you don't inhale cigars, less nicotine is absorbed and there is less of a chance you'll get addicted to them that way. A friend of mine used to smoke cigs and when he lights up a cigar he will inhale for the first few hits then puff the rest of the cigar for a little nicotine fix before he enjoys the cigar itself.

I have to agree with Superman, the only addictive part of cigars that I have found is buying them. I get deliveries at least once a week.

I only inhale one puff off of every cigar. I need that beloved jolt I used to get from cigarettes, but couldn't handle inhaling every puff off of a cigar. I probably average five cigars a day. I wonder what the cancer risk from that is compared to two packs of cigarettes per day. There's so much false science being produced on everything related to smoking, we may never know for sure.

If I am going to die, it is going to be doing something I love. If I don't die trying to put out a huge ass fire...I better die with a cigar in my hand!
