You need to work on your grammer. And you should be nicer to the senior members on the board, IE Sarge. And you should not ask for free cigars when you are new to a boardHope this helps. Just say you're sorry and I'm sure they might forgive and forget,

They're not treating you like garbage Maballer. The old school folks just like proper grammar. It's a good habit to get into. Lazy writing habits in one medium tend to find their way into others where you don't want them. Like formal email to the CEO for instance. Get scolded for misspellings by the old man and you learn to pay attention to detail quickly!
