Generally speaking, I like to dress very casual when smoking. Nice t-shirt, jean shorts, socks, tennis shoes, cigar, sunglasses, sometimes a cap.

I'm generally frat boy casual. Either jeans/khakis, polo shirt and my Borns or cargo shorts and reefs. When I go out and want to dress up a bit then I go for the khakis/guayabera combo.

T shirt and pants... what i normally wear...
if the weather is on the cold side then i wear a coat on top of that
usually the coat is a black all water/wind resistant deal or my black leather trench
if its cold enough to be wearing my snowboarding coat I'm not gonna be outside smokin...
and leather mini skirts == hot!!

Shorts, golf shirt if I am out, undershirt if I'm on the deck, or just boxers on the deck. I've also smoked in 14º F before, was all bundled up, but still in my sandals, and like you Hex, nothing like a solid pair of Born sandals, they're the best!
