Cubans are illegal for a US citizen to possess, let alone smoke, anywhere in the world. As a citizen, the government has personal jurisdiction over you globally. Sounds harsh but true. You are committing a felony by possessing or smoking a Cuban cigar even in Cuba.

Typical of most cigar forums I am afraid. That is why, in a self moderatored community like here, it is every members responsibility to watch out for one another.

Once a board gets known for tolerating trolls, scammers, mooches and jagoffs, ,the word spreads and the place is doomed. There will always be the member(s) who thinks that some individuals are treated unfairly, until the scum gets exposed for their antics.
