Fives Easy Steps to Understanding Purobrat's Generosity
1.) Purobrat raves how deserving the intended bombing recepient is, and that he is sure the fine BOTLs of the community will treat the victim right! 
2.) Purobrat then happens to mention that he would love to join in on the BOTL's bombing run, but his humidor is once again empty due to financial difficulties, unexpected medical expense, automobile repair, the plague or other hardship blah blah blah.
3.) Purobrat promises to send the target a little token of his appreciation 'down the road" ,once things turn around for him.
4.) Seeing this sad luck story, the generous new guy reads Purobrat's pity ploy and sends sticks to the original bombing target and Purobrat!
5.) Purobrat receives gifted sticks, refills his humidor and quickly forgets his promise!
