Yes, it's bad for you...you don't want to smoke them...send them to me and I will dispose of them properly for you...![]()
Seriously, that's a good question that I don't truly know the answer to..."they" say its bad...we know there is much less crap in cigars (none) as there are in cigarettes (100% crap)...George Burns smoked them all his life and lived to be over 100...Groucho smoked them all his life and lived into his mid-80's if I recall correctly..."they" put a surgeon general's warning on cigars...I guess it would mostly depend on what you smoked (hand-made or machine-made...machine-made being made from short-filler crap similar to cigarettes), and how many each day...

Cigarette cause lung cancger. Cigar cause mouth cancer.
Depends on the frequency you smoke but I saw a chart of the mortality rates and cigar smoking was lower than cigarettes. If you only have a few a week its barely even that much worse than non-smokers but it still increases it slightly.
Also elevates the risk of cancer of the throat and heart disease. It's not good for the liver of kidneys either. Not as bad for you as cigarettes, but not as good as not smoking at all.Originally Posted by Drdda

Smoking anything anytime is not good for you. Doesn't mean it will be bad for you personally either. Like Neuro pointed out, ol' Burnsy lived to be over a hundred. So what may kill someone else may not hurt you at all. It's a crap shoot. Good luck.![]()
