    As previously recommended, I suggest going to your local shop and asking for recommendations...

    They can help you nail down some good cigars in your price range and flavor category.

    You probably want to look for something very mild. I'm assuming by your health worries that you are NOT a reformed cigarette smoker. so the taste of tobacco will take a little getting used to. :)
