OK, So I have already told you guys that I am a Canadian and shared the outrageous prices of Canadian Cigars/tobacco. (In excess of 100% tariff)

Is the tobacco Tariff really so much lower in the U.S.? Or are the merchant's less interested in gouging you? Does anyone know about U.S. or other country tariffs?
