There's only two kinds of cigars, the kind you like and the kind you don't.
Hi, welcome a Board
Remember to breathe
I live in a small town south of Texarkana (if you know where thats at).
Its funny you mention the architecture thing, I'm accually debating going back to school to get a degree in architecture. But I only speak english - and I dont even do that good.
Yes, I did build the chest, it matches the desktop one - both done with kinda a art deco feel to them, I was bored by the tradional boxes that humidors usually are. I'll try to get pictures of both up within the next few weeks, I still just use a real (film) camera so I have to get stuff developed then scan it and such.
I also appologize if I put this in the wrong spot, Probably would have been more suitable in another subforum but I didnt notice it till after I had done started it.
I hope someday I can get someone to train me on woodworking. I would love to build chests, cabinets and humidors for a side job.

I have the highest respect for cabnet makers, people that do it for a living have tremendus skill. Wood working in general isnt hard though, just cut twice and measure once (or some gibberish like that). Most of the stuff I do isnt your average square box type stuff.. so percision isnt of the highest importance to me as much as the over all finished product.
