This not a very good question for a thread topic. There are times when people smoke or spend a large sum of money one week and little or none the following week.

What is an "average afficionado (sic)" (that's ONE "f" not two)? How on earth do you define that IE? That is essentially an impossible question to answer based on the fact that an average aficionado means something different to just about everyone.
