How does one...?

How does one "officially" attain the title of Brother Of The Leaf? I am curious to know if the people here have any type of specific criteria for the title, or if a liking of cigars and people to share them with is all one needs to call himself a BOTL.

And no, I'm not smoking Kahluas anymore. I just put them in my sig. because I have OC tendencies about completing lists like that.
