Default Knowing the date of manufacture

ok I bought a box of 3 Montecristo from an authorized havana store. It had all the proper seals including the corner strap, the green tax strap, the duty paid sticker, and the holygram sticker. Now how do i go about finding the date of manufacture on it? Because the clerck forgot when he bought it.

    Define "authorized havana store", etc.

There are official LCDH stores which arecontrolled by Habanos S.A., and then there are a ton of shops that have Habanos S.A. signage, some of which sell authentic cuban cigars,

Where you on vacation somewhere? What kind of cigars are they?

5 packs have become commonly available, packaged as 5 boxes of 5 packs.

I said the same thing CC initially, but it sounds like it is a 3 pack.

I believe the 5 x 5 packing is coded on the master packaging, but I am not familiar with offical 3 packs for Monte #2 from Habanos.

Too bad the clerk was not helpful with this problem.

If you like the Monte #2, pick up a Vegas Robaina Unico or a Bolivar Belicoso Fino (BBF).

Hey, I just dropped by my local Holy Smokes and checked out the Monte's. You are right, the date is on the bottom of the master-box. If I were you, considering what Monte's cost here in Canada, I would probably let them sit in your Humidor/Coolidor so you get the most for your money. I have bought a lot of "green" smokes from Holy Smokes in the past, a few months usually do them good.
