#1- For the humidor puck i used ordinary distilled water, not the solution.. will my humidor get all moldey?
#2- If my humidity level is over 70 (I know it is supposed to be between 65-70) how do i lower it?

The advantage to using PG ( propylene glycol ) solution instead of just straight distilled water is two part:
1.) The PG solution automatically helps stabilize the humidity at 70%
2.) The PG solution acts as a mold and bacteria inhibitor in the puck foam
It does not prevent mold in your humidor if you are keeping the humidor environment over humidified.
As others have suggested, if you are seriously considering making a long term investment in this hobby, save yourself a lot of hassles and purchase beads.
