    Any thoughts on storing cigars in a properly humidified air tight container in the refrigerator?

    Bad idea.

    Properly humidified air tight container on your kitchen table is a MUCH better option. You want to keep your tobacco in a tropicalish environment, not a Greenlandish environment.
