    Buy a Mac.... much more user friendly...IMHO

    I think that Macs are great for anyone who doesn't know how to use a computer already like grandparents if you have to teach them yourself... but for most people windows is fine... mac has a lot of good photo, music, and video editing programs.. but they are also avalible on windows

    I personally think MACs are specialty machines. They do the video, photo and picture stuff in a superior manner. However, I can't get all my Windows software to work on a MAC. I have stuff that barely runs on Windows XP that is from older versions of Windows. I'm also pretty sure that I wouldn't be able to play Oblivion (Morrowind successor) on a MAC. For me, the list of things I CANNOT do on a MAC is large AND they cost more.

    NOTE: I am sure that I have misstated on numerous things regarding the MAC, so this would serve as an opportunity for you MACkies to "educate" me.
