Thread: Inhaling?

  1. Default Inhaling?

I read somewhere that you are supposed to inhale a little bit and let it out your nose. Is this true?

I blow smoke out of my nose when I smoke without inhaling. It brings out the flavor of the cigar. It's a technique I learned from Bill Clinton.

When I smoke, I let a small amount of smoke into my nose/sinuses. I think most people do this whether they know it or not. Just like with food, a lot of the "taste" comes from the nasal passages.

I don't inhale into the lungs though, and don't blow smoke out through the nose.

I wouldn't talk about techniques cigars and Bill Clinton at the same time.

Swallowing a small portion is acceptable with pipe smoke. You do that with a cigar, and you'll have an irritated throat. I too however breath some smoke out of my nose for full flavor. You can do this by taking a puff, placing your tongue on the roof of your mouth and exhaling out of your nose.

I think you should have listened to that 'old guy's' advice long ago:

    Stop whining:

How about responding to this post you took everyone who responded in a loop for:

benjamin, you're such a little whiner and I don't know whether to laugh or take you seriously. Your ridiculous posts, you never follow-up on any of the questions people ask you...etc.

Take a hike buddy, and I encourage people to stop taking this guy seriously / responding to his posts unless he proves himself otherwise. If you're not convinced, click/read the links I've posted.

Well....nevermind, I guess since CG is gone, you can be his replacement

my guess is the throat pain is from deep throating and swallowing.

If you're that concerned about your health being affected I would think it's not the best hobby to pick up. Have you tried stamp and coin collecting? Just be weary of the serrated edges and you should be fine.

There's some really cool forums on that subject, too. Take Angel's words for instance: My mom gets the golden dollars out of a machine at work, and they're really neat. Yyyessss!

All right, I have too much time on my hands (I'm home sick from smoker's cough ). Ben man, you just need to relax if you want to enjoy the cigars.

but dont relax so much that you fall asleep, cigar burns are no laughing matter. l
