Ok, because the prices of the Opus X and Partagas 1926 vary so much from place to place, I want to post my puts/takes for review:

    Takes:

    A. Fuente Hemingway Signature Natural
Opus X Power Ranger (going to be my first Opus X)
Padron 1926 #2 (going to be my first Padron 1926)

    Puts:

    Carlos Torano Signature Collection Torpedo
Carlos Torano Reserva Selecta Torpedo Maduro
    Carlos Torano Tribute 2004 Torpedo
    Carlos Torano Exodus 1959 Torpedo
    Reo (By Rocky Patel) Torpedo

(I know, I know, I'm always the Torano guy.. but they are damned good smokes)

For the Opus X...did you mean the Super Belicoso?
Did you mean Padron 1926 #6?

Either I must be tired, but I see neither of those in BigMacFU's original post (see first post).

The Padron 1926 #2 is actually on the sheet with the box but not in the first post. The pass had 23 cigars when I got it, not 22. This I think was the missing cigar.

The Opus X Super Belicoso is crossed out on the sheet and replaced with Power Ranger. (Its a shorter cigar then the Super Belicoso)

The box is pretty much ready to go ;-)

I just have to fill out the pass sheet and print a label....

If no one says anything negative by tonight, its going out...

Well since no one has said anything, I guess I will...

Personally I think your puts and takes are not equal hex.

You TOOK cigars out that are both more rare and expensive than what you PUT back into the pass. I'd say it's mainly the Padron and Opus in question.

From my understanding of the rules, for everything you take out of the pass you must put something back that is of equal value.

My Reasoning Came From - CLICK ME

    Just my friendly two cents.

No sign of the pass. I'm open to suggestions. I'll do what ever needs doing.

Let's not rush things, I don't want to call everybody's cigars lost before we absolutely must. I don't know what procedures are necessary, but let's make sure we've run them all into the ground first. This stinks

But, you know what Sarge, I feel even worse for you, I may have lost a few sticks, but you have to go to the friggin' dentist, AGAIN!!!

If it hasn’t been done already, I would call the USPS 800 number (1-800-ASK-USPS) and speak with a CS rep about it (have your DC number ready). They have more tracking info available to them then they make available through the website or the tracking IVR. Sometimes they can tell if something looks wrong from their end.

Ask them for advice to see if they can figure out who you need to speak with about it.

    I'll do that tomorrow.

Called the Postmaster...He said there is no way to tell if it actually was delivered to my house. He said it was possibly misdelivered or stolen from my doorstep. I tend to lean toward misdelivery. I have had problems with that before.

Skiming USPS' website (I don't have a lot of time right now, sorry):

    1) Try calling USPS: 1-800-275-8777

    2) File a complaint with Consumer Affairs: http://tinyurl.com/eydn2

I'd clearly outline the issue and find out what can be done to get this resolved. It sounds to be like:

    1) Irresponsibility on the postman's part.
    2) Someone stole your package.

Either way, this should be brought to the postal service's attention so people in your area don't have this happen to them as well. From reading their website, it definitely sounds like they want to hear about incidents like this.
