Rolys are a good cheap bundle... CigarsInternational tends to have bundles of Rocky Patel Vintage Seconds, which are good and mostly cheap ($3 per stick, I think)

Sancho Panza Double Maduro is one of the better tasting less expensive cigars.

Rocky Patel Connecticut are a pretty cheap mild.

3x3 tubes are good for the price.


But the Sancho's and the RP Conn. are probably your best
bets.

Punch Rothschild Maduro go for about $3 and I think are really good for the price.

All the others the guys mentioned are great too. I just tried a 3x3 (that's the brand name) tube (comes in an aluminum tube) and it was pretty good for a $3 smoke. Again you should find these in most shops.
