Has anyone had these ? What should I expect ? Are they dog rockets ?

I had an El Credito maduro pyramid a couple of weeks ago and it was great.
lots of smoke and nutty/ choc from start to finish.
I am looking around to see who stocks em and would be willing to send to UK without fuss.

So far these cigars are frustrating . Taste is pretty good , appearance is decent , the burn is very crooked , but when I take a draw my head feel's like it's caving in . Maybe some time in storage will help , maybe not . If anyone has any insight on tight smokes I would appreciate it . I tried 2 and gave up on both after about 1-1/2 inches . Only 23 left . Hopefully they will get better .

Tight draw and crooked burn are common symptoms of overhumidification.

Most shops, expecially online shops, store their cigars in 70-75% RH. Some online shops even go to 80%.

I've found 65% produces the best results, so I try to let any new purchases rest in my humi for a week or two before smoking...

Damn..... I wish I would have seen this post before you purchased them..... I have about 10 left (medium size) from a bundle I bought with my brother, I would have sent ya some. They were not my taste but I know some people who like em. Mine have been sitting in my humi for about 6 months, maybe I should try another.

I dont think its over humidification. Bubba is right on with his assessment. The taste is pretty damn good but most are rolled way too damn tight. After all they are apprentice cigars...these people are learning.

I use them as quick smokes when Im gonna smoke a bit and toss them, or smoke them while in the car. The flavor is very nice though.
