No, he's been busy with election stuff.. I guess as long as folks are comfortable with whoever is in charge it doesn't matter who it is. I was pushing Bill simply because he has been around SO LONG and figured it would make folks more comfortable with it. And he tends to be a sucker for punishment.

I have been tinkering with some rules and will put them up later to see what folks think.
