The problem is with me not the person running the BC. The way it worked was the payment was the same for 5 different buys for 5 different months and each box was a different amount. I wasn't using my head here.
I posted the question here and not at CP because I didn't want to cause a stink in case I was wrong. (and I was) It was never my intention to cause a flame war that's not my style and I didn't want to ask to bring it up to the person and look like an ass but it looks like that happened anyway.
I owe marcsheldon an apology and I hope he sincerely takes as that. I should have asked him straight forward to begin with and this post would have never happened.
