That is the cooler I'm using in your picture , got it for free . It has a ledge inside that could hold shelves if you could get or make the right size . Very good seal . I bet you could get 12 to 15 boxes inside easy .

Shelves would be very handy. Like St John, I've got as many boxes as is humanly possibly jammed into 2 smaller coolers (the biggest I can buy round here is 32 litres - I think that's around 34qt and I can get 6-7 boxes in there depending on the size).

Means if I want to get to something at the bottom, I need to take it all out. Not a bad thing as I can get to open and have a look at them all. The problems begin when I try to get them back in again.

Screw Sudoko or whatever it's called, Cooler-Cigar-Box-Stacking, now that takes real brain power....
